7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY 

1. Processing & Handling Time

Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in their entirety once all items are available.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a flat rate of $3.75 with a minimum purchase of $5.00 CAD

3. Packaging Standards (The TCG Promise)

We treat your cards like our own. All shipments follow these protection standards:

Singles: Placed in a penny sleeve and a top loader (or semi-rigid protector), then sealed in a team bag to prevent moisture damage and shifting.Then packed in a bubble mailer or envelope at the shop's discretion. 

Sealed Product: Wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent corner dings or crushed sets

4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Mail

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into their country.

We will not mark packages as "Gift" or undervalue items on customs forms, as this is a violation of Canada Post and international laws.

6. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss for untracked letter mail passes to the buyer once the item is deposited with the carrier. For tracked shipments, please contact cards@otterscardcorner.com if your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
